Do you have that one song that is just you? Lyrically, it doesn’t have to relate to your life at all, but whenever you hear it, you just know that that song is your life. I don’t know, maybe if someone took your soul and turned it into a song, that one song is it. For example, my friend Emma’s song is Hips Don’t Lie. I honestly cannot give you a reason why. And this cover by The Donnas is my song. This made so much more sense in my head.

I’m pretty sure I know exactly what you mean. “I’m Ready” by Jack’s Mannequin is my song. Every time I hear it, I feel like I’m listening to my life. It makes me feel really alive.
